I am Dr. Varun Kodam, a distinguished neurologist originally from Hyderabad, India, with a strong academic and professional background. I completed my MBBS at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, from 2008 to 2013, and then pursued an MD in General Medicine at Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences from 2015 to 2018, where I was honored with the Gold Medal for being the best outgoing student. Following that, I completed my DM in Neurology at the esteemed Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, from 2019 to 2022. I further enhanced my expertise by receiving a Fellowship in Headache and Facial Pain Medicine from the World Headache Society (FWHS) and successfully clearing the Specialty Certificate Examination (SCE) in Neurology conducted by the Royal College of Physicians (RCP, UK). 

I have served as an assistant professor of Neurology at NIMS, Hyderabad, and I am currently working as a consultant neurologist and headache specialist in Hyderabad. Throughout my career, I have presented numerous posters and papers at state and national conferences and authored two publications.
