All About Me
I am a nephrologist with a robust academic and professional background. I completed my DM in Nephrology from Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, an MD in General Medicine from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad, and my MBBS from Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada. Since April 2014, I have been working as a nephrologist at KIMS Hospital in Kondapur and previously served at Yashoda Hospital, Malakpet, Hyderabad. My experience includes roles as a senior resident in both the nephrology and general medicine departments at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences and Bhaskar Medical College. I have extensive expertise in various forms of dialysis (CAPD, SLED, CRRT, and plasmapheresis), renal transplantation, renal biopsies, and the management of acute kidney injury (AKI) and chronic kidney disease (CKD), among other areas. I have authored several publications in leading journals, including studies on peritoneal dialysis and tuberculosis in hemodialysis patients. My work has been recognized with awards such as the Best Paper Award at PDSICON 2012 and the Best Poster Award at ISN 2012.
